Ultrasonic vibration welding is not a simple linear longitudinal vibration (bending and transverse vibration are not included in this discussion), but a cross longitudinal descending vibration. The energy of the ultrasonic output end of the upper die also has a certain strength distribution point. Although the pressure, voltage and machine determine the stability of power output energy, the energy distribution point also shows a proportional increase and decrease.
If it is found that the product is always scalded at a single point during ultrasonic welding, it means that the output energy of the upper die corresponds to the stress formed at that point of the product. At this time, if the contact point of the ultrasonic vibration surface is changed, the scald caused by heat energy cluster can be improved.
Summary:
1. This method is only applicable to plane die.
2. Die surface treatment (chromium plating or hardened anode) - still invalid.
3. Cover with plastic bags - still ineffective.
4. Rotate the upper die 180 degrees.
